Service Description

See below a list of our optional extras. For anybody requesting to book a service online please quote the name of the extra when you are taken to the booking form. For all other bookings (calling or emailing us) please tell us which optional extras you want on top of your chosen service. Below are £5/each: • Nail cutting Below are £4/each: • Facial scrub • Hydrating butter • Paw and nose revitaliser • Basic teeth cleaning • Luxury Shampoo Seasonal spa packages are available throughout the year - Please enquire during the booking process!

Cancellation Policy

We request 48-hours` notice or more if you need to cancel your pet appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total price of your pets groom. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total price of your pets groom.
